REGISTRATION INFORMATION!
There is still time to register for the 2010 Yarmouth Little League Season.
Team selection is rapidly approaching so get your registration forms in as soon as possible!
WHAT TO MAIL or HAND DELIVER?
1. We will need a copy of your child's birth certificate, to be kept on file, unless you provided one last year.
2. Print out the registration and medical forms (below) and mail to the following address.

3. A check payable to "Yarmouth Little League".
All Yarmouth Girls and Boys
Ages 7-14 (Includes all children in 2nd grade)
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:
Junior Softball League (ages 13-14): $45
Farm Baseball League (2nd grade): $85
Softball/Baseball: $95 or 2 players = $180
Third child is free with two paid children in the league.
