Registration
A reminder that our early registration with a discounted fee ends on March 15 if you have yet to sign up your player. Please remember that in addition to enrolling on TeamSnap a medical waiver is required. Prior to the start of the season, YLL will also require a COVID-19 waiver once our safety guidelines are finalized.
Clinics Postponed
YLL had tentatively scheduled our annual baseball and softball clinics on March 7, 14, and 21 in the YHS gym. Unfortunately, the Town has notified us that COVID-19 policies do not permit YLL to use the YHS gym. The league is exploring alternatives for holding clinics and will update you as soon as we can.
Baseball and softball evaluations are still scheduled for March 28. Baseball evaluations are only for minor and major league eligible players who have not played majors before. Softball evaluations are only for 3rd/4th/5th graders. Again, we will provide an update with specific information as soon as we can.
Season Schedule
By no later than the start of April vacation you should be contacted by your team manager who will provide details about practice/game schedule. Weather permitting, some teams may schedule practices over April vacation. The league appreciates that families may have travel plans and any practices over April vacation are not mandatory. The game schedule will begin the week of April 26.
